Purpose:
The nature of solvent oil varies according to its use. The selection of solvent oil should mainly consider its solubility, volatility and safety. Of course, according to their different uses, other performances cannot be ignored, sometimes even more important. Solvent oil includes two processes, namely, cut distillate and refining.
There are usually three ways to cut distillate: directly cut distillate from atmospheric tower; The corresponding light straight run distillate is cut into appropriate narrow distillate; And fractionating the catalytic reforming raffinate. The distillates of various solvent oils generally need to be refined. In order to improve color, improve stability, remove corrosive substances and reduce toxicity. The commonly used refining methods include alkali washing, clay refining and hydrotreating.
Storage method:
Storage precautions: Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from kindling and heat source. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 30 ℃. Keep container sealed. It shall be stored separately from oxidant and shall not be mixed. Explosion proof lighting and ventilation facilities shall be adopted. It is prohibited to use mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate materials.
